Wrap up your little one and step onto the dance floor! Snuggle & Sway is a gentle movement class designed for caregivers and their tiniest dance partners. With your baby securely wrapped in a carrier, you'll sway, stretch, and groove to music in a way that feels natural and soothing for both of you.
This class is the perfect way to connect with your baby while enjoying the benefits of movement in a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space. Whether you're a mover and a shaker or just looking for a fun way to stay active, this class is for all caregivers—no experience needed!

What to Expect:
✨ 30 minutes of gentle movement – Sway, stretch, and dance with baby snuggled close.
✨ 30 minutes of open time – Connect with other caregivers and build your community.
